Stars join United as Poole strengthens squad

Last night new Manchester United manager Charlie Poole went through some groundbreaking deals. The club have mainly strengthened there midfield with world class players Ronaldinho, Essien and Ribery signing. Poole said "Along with Ronaldo, Giggs, Scholes, Anderson and Nani when he gets back next season we have a great midfield,along with the brilliant youngster Possebon, I have chased these players alot last night and they will make a difference. Our midfield looks very strong now"

Poole also signed Ricardo Carvalho who will no doubt provide strong opposition to Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic. "Ricardo is a great player, he could mark any striker in the world and so can Nemanja and Rio. He's settling in well with the lads, as are all the new boys."

When asked about more signings Poole replied "Yes, we need a stronger squad, i am looking at signing 2-3 new defenders, maybe getting a midfielder and a striker. "
