In this part of the forum you can negotiate with other teams, you can post offers, post transfer lists or just generally enquire about players. If you agree a deal it must be confirmed by both parties on the forum .No editing transfer fees is allowed. You then post confirmed deals in the completed transfer section where they will be completed by either myself or Rob
